ArkPveShop is run by long-time ARK enthusiasts dedicated to helping you enjoy the best parts of ARK: Survival Ascended.
We've been part of the ARK community since 2016 – first in ARK: Survival Evolved, and now continuing in ASA. With years of passion, experience, and commitment, we aim to bring you a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all your PvE needs.

You are paying for the time and effort we spent obtaining this item in-game.
This is a virtual in-game service – we are not affiliated with Studio Wildcard.

1. General Terms
By accessing and using our store, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

2. Products & Services
We sell virtual in-game items and services for ARK: Survival Ascended Official PVE Crossplay servers (unmodded). Once delivered, these items/services cannot be refunded or canceled.

Delivery Requirements

We do not offer face-to-face deliveries. All orders are delivered as a drop-off on ARK: Survival Ascended Official PVE Crossplay servers (unmodded).
All order communication is handled via the email address provided at checkout (please check your spam/junk folder).

Delivery methods:

  • (1) Our Pick-Up Station
  • (2) Raft / Safe Place on your server (server number required)
  • (3) To your base (server number + storage box coords + PIN)

Delivery is completed once the order is placed at the agreed location/container. If details are missing/incorrect or the drop-off is inaccessible (wrong server, missing/incorrect coords/PIN, container locked/full), we may place the order in our Pick-Up Station or deliver to a safe drop-off on your server (Method #2) using the initial information provided.
ArkPveShop is not responsible for delays/issues caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Please make sure you have enough free storage/inventory space to receive your order.

Color Variants & Visual Representation

Names of dinosaur color mixes and variants (including but not limited to names such as Rainbow, LEGO, Joker, Cotton Candy, etc.) are descriptive and indicative only. They are used solely to help customers identify and recognize a color theme.

Customers will receive exactly the dinosaur colors shown in the product images, unless it is explicitly stated otherwise in the product description or directly on the image itself.

Product images are the primary and final reference for color selection.
Variant names do not represent official ARK color categories, specific color ID ranges, or guaranteed visual interpretations beyond what is shown in the images.

Due to in-game factors such as lighting, time of day, shaders, graphics settings, and display calibration, colors may appear slightly different in-game. This does not constitute a defect or misrepresentation if the delivered dinosaur matches the colors shown in the listing images.

1. Payment & Security
All payments are securely processed. We do not store payment details.

2. Limitation of Liability
Once the order is delivered in-game, it is final and considered fulfilled. ArkPveShop is not liable for any loss, disappearance, deletion, rollback, death, decay, or transfer-related issues affecting delivered items/creatures after delivery.
The only exception is a proven delivery error on our side (e.g., an incorrect item/creature delivered), in which case we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

3. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our store means acceptance of the updated terms.
