Once you place an order and complete the payment, we proceed with the delivery. You can choose from the following delivery options:

Required info: Please send delivery details via Delivery Form, checkout note, or message with order number #xxxx (one option is enough).

✅1: Our Pick-Up Station – You can collect your purchased items from our designated in-game location. We will provide you with the details after your order is confirmed.

✅2: Raft on Your Server – We deliver your order to a raft on your server. To complete the delivery, we will need your server number.

✅3: Delivery to Base – We bring the order directly to your base. For this option, we require your server number, coordinates of your storage box, and the pin code to access it.

⚠️ Please ensure there is enough free space in your storage. If space is unavailable, we will place the order safely near your base and email the exact pick-up details.Once the delivery is completed, you will receive a confirmation.

Timeframe: Deliveries are completed during our online hours (typically 09:00–22:30 UK time). Please allow up to 12 hours.

Email: All delivery details and confirmation are sent to the email provided at checkout.

If you haven’t received a delivery confirmation email from us within 12 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder.
