In-Game Delivery Policy
ArkPveShop provides virtual in-game delivery only. We do not ship any physical products.
All orders are delivered inside ARK: Survival Ascended on Official PvE Crossplay servers only.
By placing an order, you understand that this is a virtual in-game service and not a physical shipment. No postal delivery, courier delivery, tracking number, or physical package will be provided.
Delivery Requirements
We do not offer face-to-face deliveries. All orders are delivered as a drop-off on ARK: Survival Ascended Official PvE Crossplay servers.
We only support unmodded Official PvE Crossplay servers.
All order communication is handled via the email address provided at checkout. Please make sure your email address is correct and check your spam/junk folder regularly.
Delivery Methods
Your order may be delivered using one of the following methods:

Our Pick-Up Station

Raft / Safe Place on your server
Server number required. -
To your base
Server number, storage box coordinates, and PIN required.
Customer Information Required
To complete your delivery, please provide accurate delivery details, including your server number, map, coordinates, storage location, and PIN where required.
Please also make sure you have enough free storage or inventory space to receive your order.
When Delivery Is Considered Complete
Delivery is considered complete once the order has been placed at the agreed location, container, Pick-Up Station, raft, or safe drop-off location.
If the delivery details are missing, incorrect, or the drop-off location is inaccessible — for example, wrong server, missing or incorrect coordinates/PIN, locked container, full container, or no suitable storage available — we may place the order in our Pick-Up Station or deliver it to a safe drop-off location on your server using the initial information provided.
ArkPveShop is not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible delivery details provided by the customer.
Important Notice
This is not physical shipping. All deliveries take place only inside ARK: Survival Ascended.
Please do not expect a physical item, parcel, postal service, courier delivery, or tracking number.
