Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (virtual in-game items/services), we do not offer refunds or order cancellations once the order has been delivered in-game.

If you receive the wrong item, or if the order was not delivered as ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a replacement/exchange for the correct product.

If an order cannot be completed due to an error on our side (product unavailability/out-of-stock after purchase), we will review the case and may offer either:

a replacement/exchange (if available), or

a full or partial refund, as appropriate.

If an order is placed in error by the buyer for a server type we do not support (for example, a server other than  Ark Survival Ascended Official PvE Crossplay), a refund may be possible before delivery. Approved refunds in such cases may take up to 14 business days to be processed (depending on the payment provider).
